Return policy
You have You have 30 days from the date of receipt of the package to return or exchange your order. FREE delivery to your home in mainland Spain .
International countries (excluding Spain):
-Free returns
-Reduced shipping costs for international exchanges (50%)
Changes
Exchanges can only be made for size, not for another model or color.
The first exchange is free. If a second exchange is desired, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
Once the exchange has been requested through this form , the delivery person will collect the unwanted item and deliver the requested item.
Returns
You can choose between these two types of refund:
1- Instant via Reveni: You will receive your money 4 seconds after filling out this refund request form.
2- Through the payment method used to place the order: You will receive your money within 10-15 business days, from the date we receive the items in the warehouse.
Once the return has been requested, the delivery person will collect the package at the indicated address and will carry the shipping label.*If you made the payment through Scalapay, Klarna or Amazon Pay, you will not be able to request an instant refund.
